health-coach is a personal application operated by Prabhu Sengal (prabhu.sengal@gmail.com) for his own use.
With your Google account permission, the app reads Google Health data such as activity and fitness, health metrics and measurements, sleep, and nutrition. It does not request write access.
Data is used only to generate personal health insights, track workouts and macros, and power a private dashboard. It is not sold, advertised against, or shared with third parties.
Health data may be stored in a private database and related infrastructure controlled by Prabhu Sengal (for example on Cloudflare). Access tokens are stored securely and used only to keep the Google Health connection working.
Data is kept while the app is in use. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account permissions. On request to prabhu.sengal@gmail.com, stored copies will be deleted.
